The restoration and decoration of the flat was finished on sept 2017, with grate open spaces and super high ceilings (4 metres high) its and oasis of peace, thanks to the exterior glass and metal balconies that can be closed completely, and the wood windows that go from floor to selling on the outside facade. To the inside the flat overlooks a typical Spanish patio As you approach the house the main outside door to the building warns the visitor about the category of the building about to enter … passing a metal gate the patio is reach, a simple elegant spaced that provides light to the inside of the properties and cools down the atmosphere during the hot days, opposite the lift and to the right the stairs, the height of the ground floor is so huge that the stairs need three sections to reach the first floor flat (in today’s construction it would be a high second floor) As you enter the flat on your right and along the inside of the flat you have a wood and picture window overlooking the patio With two confortable bedrooms one with a balcony, both with, wardrobes, bed side tables with reading lights and 100% cotton bed clothing And two bathrooms one in suite with a bath and both with, shower and hot water on demand heated with city gas The kitchen is modern and gear up with top range kitchen equipment, and with all the necessary utensils for cooking a delicious meal, presenting and serving the food The sitting room has a, working table, library, two armchairs, big sofa and flat TV, is supper luminous thanks to the balcony and the window at the far end were the dining table seats The house has air conditioned in all rooms and Wi-Fi The building a private house on its day, was first renovated in 1999, and latter refurnished in September 2017, the main entrance at number 3 of Calle Reyes Catolicos and the back entrance at Calle Almansa The property has a beautiful patio and underground car park, with one car park space for the flat connected with a lift to the first floor of the building Is a peaceful residential building and will be appreciated to be treated on that manner The apartment is on Calle Reyes Católicos in the upscale Arenal neighborhood in Seville’s old town. Step out to shops, tapas bars, restaurants, and nightclubs. The town hall, cathedral, river, and bullfighting ring are just minutes away. Walking distance from the flat in less than 5 minutes, Plaza Nueva (Town Hall), the Cathedral, the river Guadalquivir, the bull fighting ring “Maestranza”, and the commercial streets, Calle Sierpes and Calle Tetuan and at the other side of the river Triana. Joyful, southern and intoxicating, this apartment stands out for its thoughtful decoration down to the last detail and the splendid terrace, from which you can admire the iconic Church of El Salvador and the tower of the old Mosque. The contrast and harmony between contemporary structures and preserved elements provide magical trips back in time. Live from the inside the legacy of the city with all the modern amenities. The entrance to the kitchen, new and modern, then opens to the large living room with two large doors windows to the outside, and then to the bedroom with bathroom inside, with shower. The building is two floors (with an apartment in each), plus the communal terrace with wonderful views of the Church of the Savior. The building and the apartment have been recently restored respecting the original elements. Designer Flat on Plaza with Tapas Bars

Our flat has a vibrant, artistic vibe and is located in small building, designed by the famous Sevilla architect Anibel Gonzalez. The building has been renovated to provide modern conveniences like a lift, air conditioning & heating and Wi-Fi. It is one of four apartments in this emblematic building. We love that it is part of the city's rich history! We especially admire its balcony and views onto the plaza, high ceilings, arched windows and beautiful facade. We also like how it is quiet but in a lively neighborhood. A simple three story building with a elevator. There is a wonderful cafe downstairs that we believe has the best breakfast in town. They have great Italian coffee and they make their own breads and cakes. Fabulous extra virgin olive oil too! For afternoon relaxing have some wine and cheese at the low key authentic bar next door. Pepe and I think of each guest as if you were family. We believe that the point of Airbnb is to feel connected to the people of the place you are exploring and to have extra assistance in getting to know the place you are visiting. However, we also respect that each guest is different and some prefer privacy while others may like a bit of company. The apartment is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. Find tapas galore in the nearby square or join the local folk at the Vizcaino Bar for vermouth and mussels. Main tourist sights are a short and enjoyable walk away. We recommend walking or renting a bike but there are buses (C5) and taxis close to the house. We are always happy to call you a taxi at anytime of the day. We also recommend that guests download MyTaxi, Cabify or the Uber App while in Seville. There is a flea market that has taken place every Thursday since the 13th century right at the foot of our apartment. Pretty cool to see. The family that owned the building prior to its renovation were known for the books their sold on Thursdays. We feel like it's Christmas when we wake up in the apartment and see everyone set up outside. The flat is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. Find tapas galore in the nearby square or join the local folk at the Vizcaino Bar for vermouth and mussels. Main tourist sights are a short and enjoyable walk away.

It is a second floor with no lift and divided in different floors having living room, kitchen, 2 rooms with comfy beds, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces. It's just 5 min walking from the main monuments, shops, restaurants and city attractions. The building has 2 apartments and the 2 communal terraces with stunning views of the cathedral are shared.
