Enjoy an experience in this centrally located seaside accommodation, very comfortable and with easy access to public services. Located 40 meters from the promenade and the beach. First floor with elevator and views of the main avenue and Plaza De la Iglesia. Ideal for two adults and one child (for three adults it may seem very tight) Spacious atmosphere, with fully equipped kitchen, a double bed and a sofa bed. Air conditioning and heat. WI-FI. Private parking 400 meters away.

Beautiful apartment, fully equipped, decorated with a lot of personality. Excellent location, in a quiet neighborhood, with countless shops, close to the promenade, where you can find all kinds of restaurants and beach bars. Everything is close by, a 5-minute walk from the beach, a 7-minute walk from Parque del Oeste, 10 minutes from downtown by metro or bus, and 30 minutes from Marbella. It has 1 large bedroom, a sofa bed, equipped kitchen, air conditioning, crib, baby bath.

Casa with Pool and great View

A very complete village house with a special style, plus a garage and a pool. The two terraces have wonderful views and bedrooms have en suite shower rooms. Shops and village restaurants are close by and the Mediterranean coast is 30 mins. Sleeps 6. Gaucin is one of the most beautiful white villages in Andalusia. There are many and very good restaurants and bars. Many artists live there. Once a year there is ART Gaucin, a week of open studios and galleries.

Brand new apartment, renovated in November 2023, located in one of the best areas of Granada surrounded by nature and tranquility. It consists of a parking space for guests, community pool.
