Wonderful place to stay in Ronda. A peaceful retreat 5 minutes walk from the city center (Plaza de Toros, Puente Nuevo,...), from where you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views towards the mountains. Very close to the Arab Baths and the Arch of Felipe V, must-sees for visitors. Former guardhouse of the Molino de Alarcón, refurbished and equipped for 6 guests. Very comfortable, bright and easily accessible. It has outdoor private parking for 4 vehicles. Two double bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, and a living room with a large sofa bed for two people. In addition to a separate full bathroom. It also has a work area, with a desk and chair. The kitchen, American type, is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, oven-toaster, ceramic hob, dishwasher and kitchen utensils and complete kitchenware for 6 people, which includes crockery, glassware and cutlery, as well as salad bowls, dishes, etc. All the kitchenware, as well as the household linen, are brand new and the decor is classic and chic at the same time. In the metropolitan area. Five minutes by car from Nevada Shopping Center, PTS (Technical University of Seville) and hospital. 35 minutes from the sea and Sierra Nevada National Park. Bus at the development's door to downtown. Apartment inside a villa, with a swimming pool and garden in a private development (common areas within the property), surrounded by countryside, quiet and comfortable. Small pets are welcome. Small independent and authentic house, fully equipped, to accommodate a single person or couple, with a good spirit of conviviality, meeting, pleasant and friendly, and who loves dogs. In the heart of Andalusia, the house is close to the village of Colmenar, surrounded by olive and almond trees and half an hour from Malaga. The finca is in the Campo,so between 2 places,very quiet location.
