If you decide to bring a car we have 2 exterior spaces available and there is no problem to park outside if your friends come to visit. You will also enjoy a fantastic 300 square meter garden where you can swim in the pool.

It is very close to the historic center and La Caleta beach. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy and hospital. It is very safe and quiet. It has ample parking, free for a large car or four motorcycles. From 01-01-2026, only vehicles with at least a B card will be able to access the parking lot, and from 01-01-2027, only vehicles with a ZERO or ECO environmental card will be able to access the parking lot, or they will have to park in a nearby public parking lot.
