Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Andalusia

Quaint accommodation. Keep in mind that there is no shop, bar, or anything in the village. The closest town with services is 2 kilometers away walking, although with a considerable altitude up the mountain. Otherwise, a highly recommended and beautiful place.

Carmen has been a wonderful host. We loved the house, had many details and welcomed us with a lot of time to explain the house, the surroundings and recommendations of the city. We loved the house and were very comfortable.

The house is in a great location in the village, close to the main square and all the shops needed. It's been renovated to a very high standard and is well equipped, particularly the kitchen. Steven was very helpful in his recommendations of places to visit and eat.

The first thing to say is that Juan was very nice, a very nice person who cared about a stay was comfortable. At all times he told us that we had any problems that we could let him know. The house was very nice and we had no problems with any neighbors bothering them. So it's a quiet place. Definitely recommend this place

Antonio is a host of 10, very attentive, pleasant and very helpful. The house is spacious, perfect for groups and large families.

Judith and Jose were great and helpful hosts, having kindly picked us up from the coach station on arrival and booking taxi on day we left. Very homely spacious house, spotlessly clean. The bikes made such a difference to our holiday especially as we did not have a car. The walk along the coast to Sancular was lovely.

Everything as in the photos and description, only the note that the bedrooms have no doors was missing. But that's really just a small thing. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Rocio is the most hospitable host I’ve ever met. Before my arrival, she proactively provided lots of useful information, including transportation tips and nearby restaurant recommendations. During my stay, she continued to check in on me and responded to all my questions with detailed and helpful answers—far beyond my expectations. As for the apartment itself, it was very comfortable and well-located—just a 3 to 5-minute walk from Plaza del Duque. The area is lively, which also made me feel safe even when coming back late at night. All in all, I 100% recommend Rocio and her apartment.

My dream to stay in a traditional Spanish home became a reality. The apartment is on two floors. The top floor consists of a cozy living room with two balconies. As a result, the room is beautifully flooded with light. The lower floor is very cozy and stylishly furnished. The bedroom is facing the "backyard". At night, the bells of the church are turned off, so you can sleep in peace. I was on site for a week in March. For those who are a little too cool, there are plenty of heating options and blankets. Also, there are two wifi connections, both of which work reliably. Since I work remotely, this was especially important to me. Ana is very nice and helpful. She had specially organized a hair dryer for me and allowed me to check in earlier spontaneously. I was able to contact her at any time and she had reached out within a very short time.

Just back from a wonderful stay at Ashleigh’s gorgeous and peaceful Casa. The view from both inside the property and the terraces was absolutely spectacular at every time of day. Just like the photos. Everything worked perfectly in the home, including a high spec kitchen, and the pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature for swimming, even when the air was a bit chilly. The children were in heaven, and we especially appreciated that there was no additional charge for the heating of the pool. The view from within the pool is second to none- with snow capped mountains to the North and the sea and the Moorish castle all to behold. Truly breathtaking. The layout of the house was ideal for our family, and the location provided much-needed peace and quiet, while it was a 5 minute drive into Salobrena for all the amenities one could need. Ashleigh was very responsive to our questions. We loved every minute of our stay and are already discussing when we might visit again!

Even better than it looks in the photos - so peaceful and relaxing. Being able to open most of one wall of the living room to let in fresh air was lovely. Really enjoyed sunrises, especially from the rocking chair. Wonderful throw blankets and bedding. Feels magical to be so close to the city and yet in the countryside. Be warned that GPS has a hard time locating correctly - we had a fiasco with Uber, but our hosts warned us and helped check-in go smoothly. Really happy with them as hosts and with the villa overall.

Villa was lovely very large good accommodations for a large group. Great communal areas especially outside. Lots of entertaining space Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and certainly a great villa for groups for parties or family celebrations.

fabulous villa in a lovely community of other villas. Lots of outside spaces to sit and relax. The welcome pack Carrie gives was a surprise but very welcome and appreciated. We didn't want to leave and would definitely return.
