Our modern apartment has a very central location. In a few minutes you can reach the city center or shops serving everyday needs as well as the train station. The apartment has about 90m² of a kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living room as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with rain shower and freestanding bathtub. The garden invites you to sunbathe and relax. The fireplace is out of order, but it is nice and warm due to the underfloor heating.

Dear guests, our apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. We have extensively renovated it over the past year. We renewed all the bathroom ceramics and refurbished the other rooms except for the kitchen. It consists of a bedroom, living room, bathroom and a kitchen. It can accommodate 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults. 2 can also sleep on the sofa bed

You will stay centrally located in the Mülheim district. In the immediate vicinity, you will find one of the best restaurants in the region, Restaurant Linde. Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.
