The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

Welcome to Bergheim! Beautiful 2-room, 52 square meters, in a 2-party house with private entrance. The apartment is on the second floor. A small hallway leads to the bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and TV, as well as to the spacious living room with large dining table, TV, fold-out sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen is a small balcony. The bathroom consists of a separate toilet, sink and a bathtub with shower.

Unique centrally and quietly located apartment (50 sqm) directly at Phantasialand (3 km), lake nature reserve & climbing park (300 m). The apartment has its own terrace with seating, as well as direct access to the garden. The apartment is lovingly furnished and invites you to relax, take long walks or a city stroll with a castle visit. The direct connection to Cologne, Düsseldorf and Bonn also makes the location perfect for a diverse trip.

Apartment in the beautiful castle town Brühl. 5 minutes walk to the train station (=> direction Cologne / Messe approx. 20 minutes or Bonn approx. 15 minutes, departure to the Phantasialand with shuttle bus) The castle park with its world-cultural-castles is only a few steps away , Bed with 160 cm mattress base and additional bed (optional), wardrobe, satellite TV and private bathroom.

Apartment in Alfter-Impekoven

Quiet and light-flooded 2-room basement apartment in Alfter Impekoven. Alfter impresses with its quiet location between Cologne and Bonn in the beautiful foothills. You can walk to the train station in 10 minutes and from there you are within 10 minutes of downtown Bonn. 5 minutes' walk behind the house begins the beautiful Kottenforst and invites you to hikes and bike tours.

Vacation home for 5 people with fireplace

Our apartment sleeps 5 people. It has a separate bedroom with a 1.40 m wide double bed. In an open alcove there is a sleeping place - also 1.40 m wide - for another 2 people. In a second alcove there is a single bed. The living room has two sofas, a large table for 8 people and a fireplace. The apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen as well as a shower room and a toilet.

Small cottage for max. 2 people

The cottage independent of our house (we live right next door) consists of two rooms and a bathroom. In the living room there is also a small kitchenette with 2 burner stove, dishes, coffee machine (Senseo), microwave, etc. The bed in the bedroom is 160x200. The shower room is a connection between the two rooms. One parking space is right in front of the cottage.
