THE STRAND

The house has a magnificent location right at the North Atlantic Ocean, view to the endless horizon and shifting colors of sea and sky. Facing the lighthouse and wild mountains. 5 minutes walk to Whalesafari, Sea Safari etc. It is a fisher family home (1946), fully equipped and renovated. Some furniture from past are kept, such as cabinets made by my father. Huge garden and deck. Perfect for walks along the stretching white sandy beach. Suitable for single travellers, couples and families.

Blue Ocean Apartment

Newly renovated top floor apartment, with Andenes' most amazing panoramic view! Located by the long whitesand beach stretcing down the west coast of town, in walking distance to all the must-see-places. In wintertime perfect for a view of the northern lights and going whalewatching. The apartment has it's own enterance from the stairwell. Two big bedrooms with double beds, one bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. In the smaller living room there is also the possibility for one extra bed.

Koselig hytte i Kjerringnesdalen i Vesterålen

Cozy old cabin in the forest with 12v electricity. Located by Kjerringnesvatnet in Vesterålen, 15 km from Sortland. Suitable for families or couples who want nature experiences. The cabin is located by a river and water. The canoe can be used freely if you want to paddle in the river. Kjerringnesvannet is salmon-bearing water and you can fish in the water if you buy a fishing license. The cabin is located in the forest with lots of great hiking areas near the cabin and around Vesterålen.

Modern cabin located by the sea

Modern and fully equipped cabin with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Nicely located by the sea with a view of Gavelfjorden and Risøysundet. Enjoy a cup of coffee while Hurtigruten is passing by. It´s not unusual to spot eagles and mooses right outside the cabin. Andøya can offer great hikingspots, beaches, fishing water, hunting terrain and whale- and puffin safari and northern lights. The Blue House - Blokken

A genuine and cozy house from 1900 with an amazing atmosphere and view. The Blue House is an optimal base for hiking, skiing, kayaking, snowshoe trekking and mountaineering. Fishing in the lakes or in the sea is right outside the door. Maps, first aid kit are available free of charge. The house is just renovated, and painted in colors chosen by the “blue city” artist, Bjørn Elvenes. Charger for electric cars is available for an extra fee.

Countryside Cottage -Hole Bø i Vesteraalen

Our cosy countryside cabin is for rent. The cabin lays in a farmyard with great view over lovely farmland and lake. It is a perfect base for leisure activities such as bicycling, sea kayaking, hiking and fishing or to just relax and play in the garden. In wintertime (from September) you will have the opportunity to spectacular views of the northern light just outside the cabin. In the barn there are both pool and ping-pong at your disposal.

Ny hytte med midnattsol som ligger helt ved strandkanten på SørSenja. Flott plassering for å se nordlyset utover sjøen i retning Andøya. Ny Jokerbutikk i nærområdet, flere turløyper, kveitemuseum, nasjonalpark, innlands- og sjøfiske, utleie av båt i nærheten. 2 timer med bil fra Bardufoss flyplass. 1 time kjøring til Finnsnes. 1 time med hurtigbåt til Harstad. 3 madrasser oppe på hemsen i tillegg til de to soverommene. House by the sea, beach, sauna

Holiday house (2015) for all year use next to the sea on the Hadsel island. Right by secluded beach facing spectacular mountains, perfect for hiking, fishing or just slow living under the midnight sun or northern lights. Wood-fired sauna (extra cost) and two small canoes (not in use autumn/winter) for guests. Several design classics from the 1960's and selected personal objects give the house a distinct look and atmosphere.
