The bathroom is furnished with a Cinderella incineration toilet and Cinderella urinal, shower cubicle and waiter . There is an open plan living room/kitchen solution and on the living room there is a TV. Has internet. There is no dishwasher or washing machine in the cabin. There is a private parking space. Rural location, 50 m from the sea/pier. Festive, retro style. Well equipped, bathroom with underfloor heating. 2 beds in the loft (steep stairs), 1 sofa bed on the first floor. Bed linen/towels included 45 min drive from Harstad/airport. Minimarket/gas station nearby. Location between Tromsø and Lofoten Rich wildlife in the area, opportunities to see moose, otters, white-tailed eagles, whales, reindeer, etc. Pier can be used, possibility of using kayaks (weather permitting). No smoking/parties

THE STRAND

The house has a magnificent location right at the North Atlantic Ocean, view to the endless horizon and shifting colors of sea and sky. Facing the lighthouse and wild mountains. 5 minutes walk to Whalesafari, Sea Safari etc. It is a fisher family home (1946), fully equipped and renovated. Some furniture from past are kept, such as cabinets made by my father. Huge garden and deck. Perfect for walks along the stretching white sandy beach. Suitable for single travellers, couples and families.

The perfect place for a vacation!🌄 The old norwegian house is close to the sea and has easy access to hiking and skiing on the mountains in immediate vicinity. 🌅❄️🌲🌤️🍁 This is the place where the sun never sets! In the winter you can experience a starry sky with northern lights right outside the house. In the summer/spring you can enjoy the sun all day long out on the terrace, and experience a beautiful midnight sun. 30 minutes away by car / ferry you will find several grocery stores.

Located by the long whitesand beach stretcing down the west coast of town, in walking distance to all the must-see-places. In wintertime perfect for a view of the northern lights and going whalewatching. The apartment has it's own enterance from the stairwell. Two big bedrooms with double beds, one bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. In the smaller living room there is also the possibility for one extra bed.

Cozy old cabin in the forest with 12v electricity. Located by Kjerringnesvatnet in Vesterålen, 15 km from Sortland. Suitable for families or couples who want nature experiences. The cabin is located by a river and water. The canoe can be used freely if you want to paddle in the river. Kjerringnesvannet is salmon-bearing water and you can fish in the water if you buy a fishing license. The cabin is located in the forest with lots of great hiking areas near the cabin and around Vesterålen.

The perfect base for exploring Vesterålen and Lofoten, or just for relaxing. Parking for 2-3 cars. (No space for camping vans)

The Blue House - Blokken

A genuine and cozy house from 1900 with an amazing atmosphere and view. The Blue House is an optimal base for hiking, skiing, kayaking, snowshoe trekking and mountaineering. Fishing in the lakes or in the sea is right outside the door. Maps, first aid kit are available free of charge. The house is just renovated, and painted in colors chosen by the “blue city” artist, Bjørn Elvenes. Charger for electric cars is available for an extra fee.

Holiday house (2015) for all year use next to the sea on the Hadsel island. Right by secluded beach facing spectacular mountains, perfect for hiking, fishing or just slow living under the midnight sun or northern lights. Wood-fired sauna (extra cost) and two small canoes (not in use autumn/winter) for guests. Several design classics from the 1960's and selected personal objects give the house a distinct look and atmosphere.
