Encantadora e íntima casa a 10 min. de Palma con 7000m2 de Jardin, piscina, Jacuzzi exterior climatizado y precioso jardín. Consta de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños .Dispone de gran terraza con vistas al jardín, porches, chimeneas, barbacoa, aire acondicionado y calefacción…Muy amplio y cómodo. Zona tranquila a 7km del centro de Palma, aeropuerto y playas. Supermercados a 1km. Ideal para descansar, excursiones por la isla, ciclismo etc...Nos encantan las mascotas, así que tráetela ;-)

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.

Beautiful villa with direct access to the sea situated on top of a small beach. It has 3 floors. The penthouse is a solarium where you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Port d'Andratx while sunbathing in hammocks. On the middle floor there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a large terrace overlooking the sea where you can relax in the chill out area. Finally, on the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with sea views and a bathroom.

The tranquil pool, illuminated softly in the evening light, reflects the surrounding greenery and sky. Nearby, a cozy relaxation area with a white canopy and oversized cushions invites guests to unwind, while the distant hills provide a scenic backdrop.

Dispone de 2 cunas y 2 tronas. A Can Bandris se llega muy fácilmente desde Pollensa, en tan solo 2 minutos en coche o 5 minutos andando. El acceso es directo desde un pequeño camino. Tranquilidad, vistas mar y montaña, terraza.

Casa antigua reformada (antigua torre de defensa S. XVI) y con muchos detalles en casco histórico (Es Pantaleu) , zona muy cosmopolita y tranquila en parte alta de Andratx. Se reformó con esmero buscando conseguir las máximas vistas hacia el puerto desde todas las estancias intentando conservar la estética exterior y manteniendo el caracter de la casa. Tiene terraza con barbacoa, tiene intimidad. 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, cocina y sala.
