Canalizu L'Abeya Village House

House rehabilitated in Sotres in 2010. It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen. SmartTV in the living room and free WiFi throughout the house.

Please note that it generates noise so refrain from booking for people sensitive to noise.🙏 But if you don't mind, it's an ideal place☺ The location allows you to walk to the main points of interest in 2 minutes: beaches, port, old town. El Cuetu Cabrales is a full-rental country house. Located in Ortiguero (Cabrales), in a quiet and peaceful area. The location of the house allows you to enjoy the mountains in the incomparable Picos de Europa National Park and the nearby beaches of Llanes, even on the same day. In the area you can practice all kinds of adventure sports and do routes for itineraries of great cultural, ethnographic and natural interest.

A unique house that overlooks the Sierra de Cuera from all its windows. Spectacular sunsets, a very quiet house in the Matavieja neighborhood (Colombres), 100 meters from the Casa Marisa restaurant. 5 minutes from La Franca beach by car and very close to the A8 Cantabrian motorway to visit all the other beaches in the area (Pechón, Andrín, Gerra, Oyambre...). Ideal place for excursions. Llanes is 15 minutes away.
