This farmhouse from 1610, 1 minute away from Sommières by car. You will be in a peaceful setting with no street noise and a 9x4m pool to cool yourself on hot summer days. The garden goes down to the river where one can go fishing. From certain spots you can see the Chapelle Saint Julien from the XIth century as well as the château de Sommières. There is a brasero and a pizza oven outside to enjoy time together outside.

Our maisonette will seduce you with its simplicity and all its amenities, as well as its beautiful terrace adjoining the private pool of 4m. s/8. It may be used occasionally by us, owners (2 adults) when the tenants are not there. You will also find a light in the living room with a bluetooth system to listen to your favourite playlist.
