The place was perfect for our stay. We are a group of 7 school friends from all over the UK and USA who get together at different places in England every year. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom which we have never managed before! The place was spotless and in a great location - 10 minutes walk from the train station. We also appreciated the lovely garden as we had the most wonderful weather! Would highly recommend. Thanks for hosting us.

We had a lovely weekend away at A’s place. The house was easy to find, had good and private parking and was very spacious (bigger than it looks on the photos!). The beds were really comfortable and the living room was super cosy. The kitchen was also great and had every item you would need for self catering. The cleanliness of some of the glasses, plates and pans was not 100% and we did need to hand-wash a few items - I think this could be due to the dishwasher. The pool was great, we visited in January in the snow and were able to swim every day. A was super friendly and informative at check-in and gave us some local recommendations. Thanks for having us!! :)

Had the best time, Caravan was spotless, had everything we needed with little ones. Host really helpful and quick to respond to queries. Location and amenities were excellent, my little ones had so much to do. Would definitely recommend and would use again

Nice caravan, easy to book lovely stay

The caravan was lovely. We had a problem with the water supply when we first got there but Tom called us straight back & we got it all sorted.

Thanks to David and Anne for a great stay in Waterloo. The house was very clean, really well equipped and conveniently located for visiting Crosby, Formby and Liverpool. We hope to visit again!

Our stay here was very good and extremely relaxing, and worked very well for my wife how was WFH all week. James was very welcoming and extremely proactive, met us on arrival and made sure we were able to settle in. We benefited from having the attached house empty all week so access to the garden added to the stay.

It's hard to start describing how good this place is, so I'll start with what matters most. The hosts, marvellous in every respect, I had an issue that was my own responsibility yet Neil responded quickly with a solution. Equipped with EVERYTHING, we had a welcome hamper, we didn't need to go shopping at all (thank you for the consideration and chocs). I usually take black pepper, the cupboard had three! Dream of a bed, place much bigger than it looks, high ceilings, lovely tasteful decor with a funky contemporary & vintage vibe. Musical references, retro furnishings mixed with every convenience you could need. It was so fresh it felt like a first stay! Guestbook kitchen fully equipped, could have cooked from scratch with oils, spices, plenty of pans etc plus eggs, bacon, bread, butter, milk, coffee etc. We actually lost each other a couple of times, it's just beautiful and Neil & Alex best hosts ever. * tip * Gabriellas cafe delivers takeaway, including scouse! Must stay Place!

A wonderful property which more than matched the description. We used it for a break with grandchildren and they loved the house,the large garden and the secret chickens. Would love to go again

Lovely spacious apartment and friendly, flexible host. Only issues were that bed side lights in both bedrooms would have been great (although we did manage with the extension plugs we found) and one of the lamps was very very dusty. It’s a basement flat so smelled a wee bit damp on entry but such a lovely, stylish space and great for a weekend visiting Sefton park. We also really appreciated the flexibility on check out and easy parking.

We stayed here as a family of 4. It was lovely and peaceful and spacious enough for everyone. The main reason we picked this was because it was close to Chester zoo. Less than a 30 minute drive the next morning. Clair was lovely and helpful and the place itself was spotless and immaculately kept! Decorated for Easter too which the kids loved! We requested a travel cot and high chair which wasn’t a problem at all. The private courtyard is great too! We would definitely recommend anyone coming here and would return ourselves in no time!
