In the heart of a small village of Touraine, I welcome you in this charming country house completely renovated in 2019 with private garden in the quiet facing the church. Ideally located 25 minutes from the famous zoo of Beauval and close to the major tourist sites of the Loire Valley, this farmhouse offers you all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Bakery/convenience store on foot. The dwelling, located in a farmhouse as an extension of my dwelling, is completely independent.

In the heart of the castles, 25 minutes from Beauval Zoo, Montrichard's apartment, located in a gated residence, will allow you to visit the region. Decorated and maintained with care, I hope you feel relaxed and at home in this little cocoon. Its surface area is 43 m2 plus a balcony. Located less than 10 minutes drive from the village center of Montrichard where you will find all the essential shops as well as good restaurants. The residence also has a bike storage room.

Spacious cottage tastefully decorated, located in the valley of the Cher, in the middle of the vineyards in a quiet and relaxing place. This recent house on a large fully enclosed plot, consists of 3 bedrooms with storage including 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds,as well as a cot, a bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, a large main room, with open kitchen equipped and furnished (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...)

Ideally located between Beauval and Chenonceau on more than 2 hectares, we offer our comfortable cottage for 4 people adjoining our home. It consists of: a kitchen open to the living room with sofa bed 2 beds, flat screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, microwave. a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a bedroom with bed of 160. (possibility of cot). Nice terrace available to you. Check-in 17:00 check-out before 10:00 a.m.

In the building you will find the kitchen entrance on the ground floor (including, among others, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, Senseo coffee maker). The hot tub, on the covered terrace, is heated all year long and is just for you. the nearest shops (bakery, grocery store, butcher shop) are 4km away in THENAY and all other shops 7km away. Furnished tourist property not suitable for hosting people with disabilities. NO A/C but 2 fans
