The property is located on the outskirts of Ängelholm, in a quiet, family-friendly area close to the beach, the sea, the forest and the town centre. There is public transport/bus just a couple of hundred meters away and parking opportunity right outside the house.

Sometimes it's nice to stay close to the city center with restaurants and shopping. Sometimes it feels like you'd rather be close to activities or nature. Here you can combine everything. The proximity to Hembygdsparken with a large playground, animals, ice cream and food is great for families with children. There is also a scenicng/jogging path along Rönne Å and activities such as mini golf and UpZone. In the evening, you stroll to the city and eat, or go 2 km to wonderful Skälderviken and swim.
