The beds are made when you arrive, both sheets and towels are included! This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Sleep well, wake up well rested. We make the bed for you and clean after you leave. 1-3 guests and pets are welcome in this room, in a separate building. You have your own toilet. But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. The cottage is located in Österlen, just 10 minutes from Tomelilla, 20 minutes to Ystad, and 30 minutes to Kivik – ideal for exploring Österlen. Please remember to bring your own sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc., as we do not live permanently in Skåne and cannot manage this! A warm welcome!
