At historic Ludvigsgården in Magnarp you will find this wonderful old house from 1690. Less than five minutes walk to the sea, harbor and fishing nook. The house has a kitchen, bathroom, wifi and all the modern humans might need for a week's lovely holiday on the Bjäre peninsula. At the same time, it breathes past with a magnificent tiled stove, a really old wooden floor and lush patio. A warm welcome to us! Ps. Worth mentioning is that the house is not hypoallergenic. Cats, rabbits, horse and dog are in the yard

Exit to the terrace facing west with seating for 10 people, charcoal grill is available. Walking distance to restaurants, kiosk, padel/tennis courts, mini golf as well as cafe and service shop in the camping area Råbocka. 200 meters to long sand beach. Bed linens (sheets, pillow cases and covers) as well as towels are included themselves.

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. Kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 2 single beds. The bedrooms are upstairs and have no doors, but there are open rooms. The house is on our land. about 10 meters from our home but has its own terrace and garden. The house is within walking distance of Åstorp city center, from Åstorp city center you can get into Helsingborg by train in 20 minutes.

The cottage is for those who want to spend two or a few nights or a whole week just for yourself. Perfect location in Magnarp with walking distance to beach and shop in pitoreska Vejbystrand with proximity to Ängelholm (10 km), Bjärehalvön with Båstad, many golf courses and genuine farm shops. We are dog owners of a young Boxertik who is very friendly to adults and child. We are a lot of travel friend ourselves and are happy to have dialogues with people from other cultures.
