Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Här har du bland annat gångavstånd till badplats på Sandön, Vegeholms slott och den omtalade golfbanan ”Crownwood Club” som smyg öppnar sommaren 2025. Busshållplats finner du 200 meter från boendet där du enkelt kan ta dig fram längst kusten. Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. Kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The bedrooms are upstairs and have no doors, but they are open rooms. The house is located on our property, about 10 meters from our home but has its own balcony and garden. The house is within walking distance of Åstorp city center, from Åstorp city center you can get to Helsingborg by train in 20 minutes.
