Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

A stone's throw from the Basilique Saint-Urbain, you will be ideally located to explore the historic center of the beautiful city of Troyes. Guests can take advantage of the proximity to restaurants and shops on foot! Several parking lots are accessible near the house (market and cathedral). This triplex apartment typical of half-timbered houses has been completely renovated (VALENTIN Workshops) and it is with passion that I have completely furnished and decorated it. In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.
