Located in a safe and quiet condominium in the city of Angra dos Reis, the house is spacious and located in front of Praia do Café (a short walk will take you there). The view is breathtaking and the sea will be your living picture. You can easily access: Ilha da Gipóia, Ilha Grande and others. Ideal for families, this house was made to be as cozy as possible with beautiful decor, a full kitchen, and many windows to make the environment cool and bright. The showers are strong solar-heated showers. The terrace is a very pleasant space ideal for barbecuing, relaxing in the hammock, surrounded by a fence and safe for children to play. And the beach is very close, approximately 50 meters. It is located in a quiet place with no hills or stairs.
