The entire apartment is located 50 meters from the lake, on the ground floor and immersed in the medieval center of Anguillara Sabazia. It is perfectly accessible to anyone, with direct entrance on the street, outside the restricted traffic area, and easily reachable by car or by bus that takes you to the metropolitan train to Rome. The Building in the Hamlet 1

Cozy apartment inside a splendid period building from the early 1700s located in the quietest and most reserved part of the village. The views from its windows over the lake and the characteristic roofs and alleys of the historic center are enchanting. The elegantly renovated apartment with fine woods consists of a living area with a fireplace (not usable), a kitchenette (induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine), a sleeping area and a bathroom with shower.
