With my family we will be happy to welcome you to the house where we lived and raised our children, so we have equipped it with every comfort,from a fantastic kitchen equipped with everything including a fireplace, the living room with a sofa smartTV netflix dysney WIFI in addition to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms there are 5 panoramic balconies and a large garden with barbecue. The Loft on the Lake

Charming loft of about 38 square meters consisting of a single room with kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed, window with a view of the lake and mezzanine with wooden futon double bed; the bathroom is covered in terracotta and slate, shower cabin and hairdryer. Located in the lower part of the historic village, Il Loft del Lago is located 50 meters from Piazza del Molo and 20 meters from Piazza del Lavatoio, a few meters from restaurants and clubs, very close to the lakeside beach.

CasaCucù

Casa Cucù is part of a cosy housing estate in a calm, authentic Italian residential area. It’s only 10 minutes away (600mtr), on foot, from the lake and the historical centre of Anguillara Sabazia. There is everything to make your stay possible: cutlery, kitchenware, sheets and towels; soap and detersives; oil, salt and pepper, and sugar. The apartment has two homely and cosy rooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and a garden shared by the main house. Children under the age of 12 don’t pay.

The Old Town and the Lake

The entire apartment is located 50 meters from the lake, on the ground floor and immersed in the medieval center of Anguillara Sabazia. It is perfectly accessible to anyone, with direct entrance on the street, outside the restricted traffic area, and easily reachable by car or by bus that takes you to the metropolitan train to Rome. The area, full of shops and restaurants is a lively part of the village but not noisy. Your small four-legged friends are also our friends (but let us know!).

The Building in the Hamlet 1

Cozy apartment inside a splendid period building from the early 1700s located in the quietest and most reserved part of the village. The views from its windows over the lake and the characteristic roofs and alleys of the historic center are enchanting. The elegantly renovated apartment with fine woods consists of a living area with a fireplace (not usable), a kitchenette (induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine), a sleeping area and a bathroom with shower.

A modern apartment set in the setting of a splendid period building from the early 18th century that stands out imposingly in the quietest and most secluded part of the village. The enchanting and exclusive view from its terrace overlooking the lake will take your breath away.
