We were 8 days in January 2025, everything Perfect, beautiful place and excellent access to the beach The condominium has security , very quiet and very nice Only missing places of daily shopping nearby, there is only one and it doesn't have much, enough to stock up Few restaurants in the area The dpto is missing some tray for the oven and other cooking utensils Missing Grill (Barbecue) Very good overall

Exceptional Experience! We were greeted with an impeccable, clean, smelling, well-equipped apartment with bedding, towels and toiletries with hotel standard. In addition to all of this, Claudia still received us with a stuffed basket and a delicious cake! Very affectionate in every detail!!! Outside all the support that was given, with condominium guidelines, local beaches, salon indication (we stayed for a wedding) and others. If you return to Mangaratiba, I will definitely stay at the apartment again! Indicate with eyes closed. About the condominium: the beach is beautiful, with a tent and good structure, but the sea is very dangerous, not suitable for bathing. Other than that, the structure is very good, offering several leisure options (restaurant, club, game room, etc.). The streets are very steep, which makes it a little difficult to access the places on foot, but the condominium itself has a van service for internal transport.

We spent wonderful days at this accommodation, Amanda is very attentive, beautiful place as in the photos, beach nearby, swimming pool, lake. Anyway, great stay.

Our stay was wonderful! Mr. José is extremely requested and very nice. The view of the apartment is exceptional, the condominium is note 10, there is a playground where my son could play at night, club grade 10, etc. Good beach, good club pool and bar with good service in the pool as well. I took advantage of the sun of the weekend and it was all exceptional.

Nice and organized clean property. Environment with options of beach, pool, speedboat exits, game room and courts . Restaurant that perfectly meets the circumstances with excellent cost benefit.

The apartment is amazing! The photos don't reflect how beautiful it is. It has a beautiful view, from the balcony. All the amenities that are posted work perfectly. Everything was spotless and Juliana is attentive and provided us with all the necessary information about the resort and its operation. We're already thinking about coming back...

Excellent service, always helpful and attentive. Everything was tidy and clean in the apartment. The appliances available in perfect working order. Excellent refrigerator and it was already turned on with ice. Air-conditioning working to satisfaction. Airy and very clean environment. Large, new TVs in the bedroom and living room. I highly recommend it.

Great location, in a quiet neighborhood great for family looking for a vacation break, apartment was clean and provided the necessary for stay, as well as Jean's welcome and care to explain about the condominium and make it even easier to stay! The flat has an amazing view and the location is perfect, sandy foot!!! The home is even better than the listing description. Flat clean, smelling, cozy, safe, with a great internet, quiet walk, small but functional elevator. Well-equipped kitchen. Mr. Francisco is very kind and was available from the first contact, sent several locality tips and tours. Praia Grande (in front) has calm and crystal clear waters, during the week it seems private. The Hotel Pool is always clean but does not work Monday due to maintenance. We spent incredible days in this place and I highly recommend it. I look forward to returning soon!!!

Our stay was 4 nights but everything was excellent. I just have to thank you. Q kitchen has everything working perfectly and the whole apartment has air-conditioning plus a great balcony. 200 meters from the beach up to less. It was all delicious. We intend to return.

If you like tranquility, do not need to make use of the vehicle, foot in the sand, this is the place. If you have no problem following the normal rules of a condominium and conviviality, you are in the right place. Suitable beach for children and the elderly. Apartment with a wonderful and cozy view. Since I've been to a bed and breakfast, I decided to look for accommodation in this condo🙌.

The stay at the house of tathiana was wonderful! At all times she was solicited and helped us with any questions or guidance.
