My lovely spot by the lake

Charming, perfectly appointed apartment in a large, modern house with a private entrance. Ideally located on the ground floor by the lake with direct access to the bike path and a 5-minute drive from the shops. Fantastic small terrace with lake view. Privacy and quiet. Two bicycles with helmets and locks are available, ideal for short distances. The outdoor jacuzzi with lake view can be privatized by reservation at the neighboring hotel.
