Extension d’une ancienne ferme au cœur de Gouville, la maison a été entièrement rénovée par nos soins grâce à une technique ancestrale locale utilisant la terre du Cotentin; sa couleur ocre profonde apporte une sensation de cocon. La terre crue est un matériau 100% naturel et recyclable à l'infini, qui a ses imperfections mais qui fait le charme de la maison. Je serai ravie de vous y accueillir et vous conseiller les balades menant à la plage, ainsi que les producteurs locaux.

Completely renovated, surrounded by an enclosed garden of 2000 m², it will allow you to enjoy the beach located 4 km away and the harbor of St Germain.

Our cottage is located by the Geffosses harbor. The property is quietly located near an ornithological reserve. Access to the sea via a hiking trail around the harbor (2.8 km). The cottage is composed on the ground floor of a kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet. On the 1st floor, a bedroom and on the 2nd floor a bedroom. The cottage has just been completely renovated, you have a private garden enclosed by a stone wall.

It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. You can't find any closer to the sea : at high tide the terrace overlooking the beach becomes the bow of a boat ! More in the center of Coutainville, it is not possible either : everything is within easy reach : restaurants, bars, shops, tennis, casino, even golf. In short, a great spot when you love the view and life.
