L'era d'en Jepet, countryside home near Barcelona

Typical catalan countryside house, recently refurbished maintaining its original charm and character. It is settled in the heart of the Penedès wine area, the perfect place to relax only 30min away from Barcelona, close to Montserrat, lots of great cellars to go wine tasting and next to the Club de Golf Barcelona. Designed by an artist to be both highly functional and romantic. Located about 40 kms from Barcelona. The bedroom has a kingsize bed and the spacious living room includes bench that converts into 2 single beds if needed (see photos). The loft is on the second floor of the building. There is no lift/elevator. LGBTQ+ friendly.

It's on the ground floor of the house, it has a porch with hammocks, it's very nice, the bathroom is full and the bed is very large, the mini kitchen is complete. The pool is salt water. The pool is shared with other guests. It's a house with views. and it's just for couples. I don't allow parties. Montserrat is very close and Barcelona is 50 km away
