Monthly Rentals in Anse Charpentier

This was our first trip to Martinique. Having visited Saint Martin last year, I wanted more French but less cruise ship tourists. This fit the bill and then some, although I’m sure we felt a bit “cruise ship” to some. First and foremost, Kevin has been incredible this entire process. I probably required a good bit of guidance and he was very kind, accommodating, and helpful. Communication was immediate and efficacious. When we got to Martinique, his mother was there to show us the property and was a very gracious, informative host. We arrived on a Sunday evening during Carnaval which was an extra challenge for getting either groceries or finding an open restaurant. She gave us great advice and set the tone of the week. The property is as beautiful (or more) than the pictures. We didn’t want to be in a town or on a crowded beach. There is so much to do in a short, drivable distance and you actually get to discover the community as well. I can’t say enough great things.

We had a great time at this place. It was clean, functional and the view is breathtaking. It felt like home.

Manuela's hospitality is (largely) commensurate with his reputation. The accommodation is very pleasant, in the calm of nature and close to small cats. It is also very well equipped and arranged. Manuela is generous and friendly, with personalized hospitality. We highly recommend this experience! Thanks again:)

Home surrounded by a pretty garden and well located near St-Marie. The apartment was clean and quiet and I was very well hosted by Ogar. I recommend it!
