The living/dinning room is spacious and bright with magnificent sea views and a cosy wood burning stove, a bathroom and hall. Short walk to beach front and a beautiful harbour as well as Fife Coastal Path. Has a lovely pottery shop where items are made on the premises. If you don't feel like cooking Crail has a good fish and chip shop. Pubs & grocery shops near by. Everything is within walking distance form the house.

The tower is located in the historic town of Dalkeith and the settlement of Eskbank. 20 minutes by car from Edinburgh airport. A bus service into Edinburgh stops every 10- 15 minutes, the bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. 25 minutes by rail to the Scottish Borders or to the centre of Edinburgh from the local Eskbank Train Station, a 20 minute walk from the tower.

The Vintage... A well-struck 2-iron away from the 1st tee of the Old Course, 100 yards from the seafront and close to the town center. Tucked away but in the middle of it all, The Vintage is a delightful, free-standing, fully renovated, three bedroom house with a large conservatory and a unique private patio garden. Located in the conservation area, with no direct access for cars, the only noise one hears is the wind and the occasional seagull flying overhead.

We are roughly 300m away along the farm track.
