Ruhiger, gemütlicher Ort. Wir hatten ein Auto und alles war gut erreichbar. Ich bin oft vor Sonnenaufgang zum Strand gelaufen, um ihn am Meer zu treffen, maximal 25 Minuten durch wunderschöne Umgebung. Convenience-Stores und einige Restaurants sind in maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Staying at Esra’s apartment truly felt like being at home. Everything was thoughtfully arranged down to the finest detail. The apartment was spotless and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was fully equipped — not only with everything we needed, but even more. In the bathroom, all the essentials were provided: plenty of clean towels, shampoo, shower gel, even extras like moisturizer cream, toothpaste, and suncream. One of the highlights of our mornings was making coffee at home and enjoying it on the balcony — such a relaxing start to the day. The location of the apartment was very central, with easy access to everywhere either by walking or using public transportation. Esra had thought of everything. She provided guides about how to access the apartment, helpful information about the building, and suggestions for things to do in the city. She was always reachable by message and offered help whenever we needed it. I’ve never had a better host. I 100% recommend staying here.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Antalya! The location is perfect—it’s nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood, which made it peaceful and relaxing, yet it’s just a short walk or quick ride to the heart of the Old Town. It was the best of both worlds: calm surroundings with easy access to all the history, cafes, shops, and the beautiful marina. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I also appreciated the small touches like coffee, tea, and toiletries provided. The host was very friendly, responsive, and gave great local tips. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient base while exploring Antalya.

We had a wonderful stay at Safiye and Apo’s place. It’s a beautiful area to visit and the apartment is a great base. It’s nicely decorated, comfortable and well equipped. It felt like a home from home. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance, although the walk back from town is steep. Communication was excellent and I would highly recommend Safiye and Apo as hosts.

Konaklama sürecinde ihtiyaç duyabileceğimiz her şey Aliya hanım tarafından düşünülmüş ve konforlu bir yaşam alanı oluşturulmuş. Sonra ki konaklamalarımızda hiç düşünmeden tekrar kalmak isteyeceğimiz bir yer. Bu güzel konaklama deneyimi için çok teşekkür ederim.

Budynek, podwórko i okolica - ładne czyste spokojne. Blisko do morza, do sklepów i restauracji. Dogodny dojazd do centrum oraz dobry wyjazd z miasta by zwiedzać okolicę. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i w pełni wyposażone we wszystko by spędzić krótsze lub dłuższe wczasy. Bardzo sympatyczny i natychmiastowy kontakt z Właścicielką. Dodatkowy plus - Tata właścicielki mieszka blisko i chętnie pomaga w razie potrzeby - serdecznie pozdrawiamy Tatę!! :) Szczerze na 100% polecamy!!!! I bardzo dziękujemy :)

We booked this place for a few days in our last minute holiday planning and was very happy of the place, there was all we wanted and needed, even much better than expected! You need a car to get there and visit the places around it but you get a relaxing countryside environment as a bonus when you rest there. We stayed in the upper apartment with a nice view and a comfortable large terrace. There is also a small terrace at the back. The house easily accommodates 4 persons as there are 2 separate rooms and two bathrooms. Everything is new and all furniture, materials and appliances are high quality and in good working condition. There is a dishwasher, electric tea kettle, turkish teapot, coffee kettle, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing machine and ironing board, television, motorized blinds and 3 air conditioners. The garden is spacious with tables and sheds to relax in the daytime and evening, you also have the opportunity to barbecue there. It is a safe space for kids to play.

Ailece sürekli kültürel ve doğa tatilleri yapmaktan çok hoşlanırız. Airbnb de burayı gördüğümüzde biraz şüphelenmedik değil. Böyle bir villayı uygun sayılacak bir ücrete vermesine inanamadık ama airbnb ye güvenerek tuttuk. Daha sonra Emin beye bir kaç sorumuz oldu, çok kibarca anında cevapladı. Daha sonra Asmalı Villayı kendi gözlerimizle görünce anladık ki resimlerdende güzelmiş. Doğanın içinde kuş sesleri, ağaçlarda oynayan sincaplar etrafdaki köy halkının misafir perverliği harikaydı. Ev tertemizdi. Herşeyi düşünmüşler ve eksiksizdi. Mutfak da tencere,tava,bardak,tuz,karabiber ve bahartlara kadar hepsi vardı. evimde bile olmayan kocaman ambilayt özellikli TV. beyaz eşyaların hepsi yeni ve Bosch marka. yataklar viscosite, salonda langırt oyun masası, ne yazsam az kalır. Bu ev benim olsaydı kiralamaya kıyamazdım. Netice de Emin beye ve Airbnb ye çok teşekkür ederiz. 🙋🏻‍♂️🙏

A peaceful holiday location among orange and lemon groves. Very close to the sea and peaceful place. The hotel owners are friendly and help you immediately with any needs you may have. I would definitely consider going again.

Evin manzarası fotoğraflardan çok daha güzel. Gayet temiz ve konumu tüm kolaylıkları sağlıyor . Evin tam karşısında büyük bir otopark mevcut. Berkan ve ailesi bize çok yardımcı oldular. Çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik her şey için teşekkür ederiz . Kaş’a geldiğimizde kalıcak yerimiz artık belli. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer guten Lage - die Kommunikation mit Askin war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

We had an amazing stay at Hayam Evi. The communication from Deborah was fantastic. We arranged to meet the manager Onder at the property and he showed us round, took our cases upstairs and answered any questions we had, he also made contact with us throughout our visit to make sure all was ok. The villa was fabulous, beautifully decorated, smelt amazing and equipped with everything that you would need, even at stocked fridge! We didn’t have the best weather to start our holiday but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the town of Kalkan, the restaurants, bars, shops, the people were so kind and friendly and the town dogs will be in our hearts forever, we named them all ❤️. The most amazing thing about this apartment is the view from the balcony. You can sit and gaze out at the mountains for hours. And the outdoor space is wonderful, spacious and comfortable. The apartment itself is comfortable and has a touch of luxury about it. Very big comfortable beds and good linen. The sitting area is a tiny bit less comfortable but I think it’s mostly designed for outdoor life! Kitchen is fine. The location is interesting once you take a bit of time getting to know it. We went on a nice walk from nearby the apartment but there isn’t much to do in the immediate vicinity which seems to consist of quite a few holiday homes. Mostly pretty quiet and you feel secluded and private. You can drive back towards Kas for beaches and ancient sites. Or very easy drive to Antalya for the old city and the beach. And there are amazing restaurants with stunning views all over the area. We had a lovely holiday.

Clean and spacious, this apartment is a good value given the price. Kas is a wonderful place to visit, and this is a good location despite the placement on a steep hill. Recommended for anyone who doesn’t mind the uphill hike.

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

The place is in very good location in centre of Belek restaurant and shops is very close -walking distance .apartment is clean and safe . Staff is very friendly and very helpful We enjoyed the stay We came very late at night time and ibrahim ordered food for us because we cannot use our phones in Turkey thank you for amazing service in your residence .pool is clean and very good in hot days .

Wow what an incredible place! Our first time visiting Kalkan as a family of 5! Our 3 children absolutely loved the villa, the pool and Kalkan. The villa is located out of the way up the mountain side, a 15 minute walk into the town down very steep hills, easy to get a can back up at any time. The villa…. Wow what can I say, absolutely spotless, easy access and loads and loads of space. Such a perfect place and such great hosts. The host was so easy to contact if I required anything which was so good to rely on. I highly recommend this Beautiful villa in one of the most perfect places to visit in the world. Thank you so much for having us, we will defiantly be back in the future. P.s we had the most perfect days on a boat trip (the Falcan). We spent 6 hours or so stopping at certain islands for a swim and the most perfect lunch, it was truly a great experience. 2 excellent restaurants we ate at, the Berahamas I think, excellent steak dinner and the Doy Doy restaurant.

Sehr gute Gastfreundlichkeit, spitze Reaktivität, gute Tipps, herzliche Familie. Schöne Aussicht. In knapp 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu den Kletterfelsen. Unterkunft perfekt für 2 bis 3 Personen, zu viert auch möglich (wir waren 4): das Schlafsofa ist okay für 2 Teenagers. Ich empfehle sehr diese Unterkunft.

Our stay was so pleasant, we wanted to cry when it was time to go. My children even made me promise to bring them back. We felt like locals and met many wonderful people. Waking up and seeing the sea and walking and seeing the mountains was just dreamy. After traveling all over the world, Alanya is hands down the most beautiful. We settled so quickly into the clean, homey surroundings and had everything we needed to make meals for our family. I will miss it so much! Thanks for EVERYTHING Simona and Mustafa!

Stella war eine äußerst herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Die Wohnung entsprach absolut der Beschreibung und wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Vor allem das Frühstücken auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool war traumhaft. Direkt um die Ecke sind Supermärkte und ein Parkplatz für unseren Leihwagen war auch vorhanden. Stella hat uns auch Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants gegeben. Wir waren einfach rundum zufrieden. Vielen Dank, liebe Stella!
