Auvergne Holiday Cottage/Gite Sleeps 4

Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

This site is the perfect place for children and adult adventurers (wild and rugged nature/ presence of the violin torrent below the plateau). This 150 m² stone house with enclosed grounds offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Quiet place in the heart of nature (neighboring house 300 m away). Shelter for 2 cars. Located 3 km from the city center. Summer for water activities, swimming, fishing 5 km from the Bort Dam. The rental is 1 hour from the Sancy and Lioran mountains. Optional paid rental of sheets and towels. 2 additional small children's beds available. Minimum 3-day booking.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

This small house, for 2 people, completely renovated is located in the charming village of Menet (small city of character) in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Park. We have carefully carried out this renovation, wishing each guest a warm stay and maximum comfort. We'll be happy to host you and introduce you to Cantal... The house must be kept clean. During the summer period, reservation is only by the week.
