Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Antigua and Barbuda

We (a couple) stayed at the Hummingbird Villa April 2025 and had a great stay. The villa was very accurately described by the photos and was modern and clean. The two decks had a beautiful view of the sunset - watching the sunset each night was our favorite part of the trip! Debbie was very communicative. We had a super minor maintenance issue, which Debbie resolved quickly and easily. The condo is about 10-15mins outside of St. Johns, which makes for a peaceful surrounding, but you will definitely need to rent a car to stay here. Our favorite beach was Deep Bay beach, which was a 5 minute drive further down the road on which the condo complex is located. Definitely worth checking out and make sure you get a fresh grilled lobster from Just Grillin'!

Absolutely perfect stay! My wife, two kids, and I had an amazing time at Elena’s villa. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Elena went above and beyond—even having basic groceries waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long trip. Anytime we needed anything, she was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The location is unbeatable—just a few steps from a beautiful, quiet beach. The AC in every room was a huge bonus, especially after hot days at the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would love to return

I was on a solo trip, Shaquille was very accommodating, he offered to pick me up once I landed into the country. He's an extraordinary person with such grace and great hospitality. I could not of have a wonderful time without him. He tailored to my vacation, giving his time to accompany where I wanted to go. He's knowledgeable about the Island and was able to give me advised in my interests. I will recommend his accommodation anytime.

A lovely place in a quiet neighbourhood. Neil and Alincia communicated well before and throughout our stay. A simple accommodation with a great pool, terrace and gorgeous view. Is as seen on photos so you know what you’re getting. Has everything you need inc hairdryer, iron, hot shower, tea, coffee etc! Would recommend having a car to get around from here. Would stay here again. Thanks!

Great location as we were attend ding a family wedding at Pineapple Beach Club. The villa is amazing, it has everything you need & is very comfortable. Cheri was fantastic an outstanding host & incredibly helpful. Don’t hesitate just book you won’t regret it. We hope to be back. Thanks Cheri.

We were not even there 5min and my SO had her phone out planning a return stay for next year with family. That’s how nice this place is. From the first minute in the villa to the last minute of our stay, everything was awesome. Everything needed for a truly comfortable stay is there. Now I know why there are so many great reviews. GT

Best vacation ever A slice of paradise Our stay at this beautiful villa in Jolly Harbour was amazing The villa was spotless modern and fully equipped with all the tech bells and whistles thanks to the incredible care from Leslie and Keith Everything was clean accessible and thoughtfully arranged The location was unbeatable The beach was stunning just steps away and the dock was perfect for renting a boat to explore the island We celebrated our son's 10th birthday here and it was a memory we will cherish forever The secure gated community gave us peace of mind and we loved the amenities There is a gym across the street and a 9 hole golf course nearby I even enjoyed a round of golf with my son which was a highlight Ita the property manager was excellent always available and quick to respond to all our questions Her support made everything seamless

We loved the ambient surroundings and the openness of this home, it felt comfortable, spacious and that view from the patio of English Harbour was incredible. Thank you Simona for making this a great holiday experience. The location was good and it was easy to get to the town centre, English Harbour and Turner's beach via the local buses. I would highly recommend Simona who ia a great host who hasa wonderful home.

Nicole and Adam were fantastic hosts. They made me feel right at home with them. Their home is beautifully decorated and has amazing views at all hours of the day, especially sunset. I loved spending time with their 3 dogs. Also, Nicole shared some treats with me that were amazing. I appreciated my experience in Antigua beyond words and they made my time there that much better!

If you’re seeking all the pleasantries for fun and a relaxing time you’ve got to try this awesome place. Just tranquil and wonderful.

A Truly Magical Stay, 10/10 Experience at Bellevue Suites - Seahorse Suite. From the moment I booked the Seahorse Suite at Bellevue Suites, I knew we were in for something special,and it exceeded every expectation. Communication was prompt, warm, and informative right from the start. I was made to feel like more than just a guest, with thoughtful touches and even offers to assist with car rental or airport transfers, which added an extra layer of care to the experience. Upon arrival, my wife and I were greeted with genuine warmth by the lovely Sibel at the gate. She welcomed us with a smile and brought us to her office just steps away, where we signed the necessary paperwork and received an incredibly helpful orientation. She provided us with a ppersonalised ap of local essentials and a booklet filled with must-see attractions around the island—an absolute gem for first-time visitors to Antigua. Her professionalism and kindness truly set the tone for our entire stay. Thank you.

It's just as described. A clean one bedroom unit. You'll need a car or taxi to get anywhere.

Tash our host was responsive and friendly. She met us at the property. The apartment was clean and spacious. I would recommend adding a blanket for guests as there are none available. Guests should also note that there is no separate door to the second bathroom but the bedroom door can be closed. Beautiful view and grounds!

The place was exactly as described in the pictures. As far as ocean view- we were in the lower unit so it was more of a peek-a-boo ocean view. There was a view of beautiful surrounding mountains and the marsh. The backyard area was lush with palm trees and other beautiful plants and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the peace of the island. The sunrise and sunset was spectacular back there. I have to mention that the person who oversees the property Mr. Novelle was so hospitable and kind. He was there when we arrived to greet us and show us around. We saw him almost daily right in his yard down the hill or in the immediate area. He was so kind and brought us organically grown fruit that is from the island and it was delicious for breakfast! He was always available if we had any questions. friendly dogs! I will mention that the road leading up to the apartment is in very bad shape, it's best to have a high clearance vehicle. We did not and my friend cringed every time we did drive.

My mom, son, and I definitely enjoyed our stay. The area was quite peaceful and we immediately felt right at home when we entered. We arrived a little early, as I did forget that check-in was at 3. However, Emanette was kind enough to accommodate our early arrival. We rented a car and the guest home was close enough to many things like KFC, gas stations, markets, and the bakery shops. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! It was the perfect getaway, with everything we needed just a short 5-minute walk from the beach. The location was ideal, and the space itself was cozy and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to relax and enjoy the sun with the kids. Beautiful view all day around. Liz was always super responsive and cam by one time to check on a matter that was immediately resolved. We would love to stay here again :) Thank you Liz and your co-hosts!!!

12 Marina Bay is a lovely apartment with fantastic views! The location is great with two beaches and restaurants/bars within walking distance. There are free loungers for the nearest beach. We spent most evenings on the balcony watching the incredible, ever-changing views over the Caribbean Sea and small inlet we were living above. The apartment had everything we needed and Snezana was nearby to help with anything else we required, including a lift to the nearby, well-stocked supermarket. I would not hesitate to recommend this for a vacation.

Guirong was a fastastic host, with the property being very nice! The beach although on the Atlantic is nice and long enough for decent walks. It was always clean and private. There is also a very nice pool on the property where you can get the sunsets! I would highly recommend for a quiet vacation in Antigua :)

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful villa just a couple of minutes from the beach and within a 15 minute walk of several great marina side restaurants. The local beach is fantastic, watching the sunset in the evening with a cocktail from Sandra's beach bar was magical and the location of the villa is perfect. We managed to explore much of the island and were left in no doubt that we were staying in the perfect location in terms of the proximity of many of the best beaches on the island. Chelsey and Jenny were very helpful and the accommodation was perfect, we wouldn't have changed a thing. The large deck in particular was fantastic, a lovely place to start and end the day. Hopefully one day we will be lucky enough to return.

Arian was such a lovely accommodating host who made our trip run smoothly! The Airbnb looked like the pictures and was very close to the beach - just what we needed for a week of sunshine :)

We had a wonderful stay at Marina Bay! The private balcony was so relaxing and the view was stunning. Leif was responsive and helpful, and was flexible with our check in and check out times which was very appreciated. The beach was barely a 5 minute walk away and a couple of good restaurants are nearby as well. Sandals is up the road and takes up a lot of real estate, and does not allow non-hotel guests to eat at their restaurants. Just something to keep in mind, but there are lots of other places to eat nearby as well! A 45 minute drive to English Harbor which was a wonderful day trip! Overall highly recommend this spot, we would definitely return for another stay.

A spacious comfortable apartment in lovely well kept gardens just 50 yards from the beach. Restaurant, shop, laundry close by. Staff vey helpful. Dickinson’s bay delightful and check out the wildlife on nearby McKinnons pond.

Marco’s place is lovely, set in a beautiful garden with shared pool. Amazing views and scenery. Marco was very responsive and recommended us a great taxi driver, Omar. The apartment had everything we needed, a fully equipped kitchen and a cooler and umbrella for the beach. It’s a 25 minute walk down the hill to the Dickenson Bay beach, but it’s quite a difficult walk back up so bear that in mind. There’s not much in the local area, 2 restaurants within 10 minute walk and then some more down on Dickenson Bay. I would recommend a car, as we had to take taxis pretty much everywhere. But overall a lovely stay and would recommended.
