Luxe appartement at Hivernage residence at Founty area in Agadir City. Very nice location in the best touristic district (beach at 5min, major supermarket at 2min by car). This recent appartement (2017) is located in a high standing residence with large gardens and several swimming pools. There are 2 bedrooms (one with a large double bed, the other with 2 single beds). One bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with flat TV and wifi. There are also 2 terraces.

With charming private entrance, apartment without neighbours on the ground floor of a 2-storey house. Bright, clean, in a family and safe neighborhood. Full of shops, quiet, 20 minutes from the airport: ADRAR, 3 minutes from CARREFOUR and DECATHLON. Living room with TV (IPTV: thousands of international channels) library of thousands of films, YOUTUBE and internet (individual box); bedroom, spacious kitchen very well equipped and toilet-bathroom with hot water.

Entire place Rooftop Agadir with Wi-Fi & IPTV

Enjoy with family or friends this fabulous accommodation which is very spacious and offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 large living rooms, not to mention of course a spacious private terrace for sunbathing. This place has child safety for the stairs, but also a high-speed connection (fiber optic) and a beautiful fireplace for the winter. NO PARTIES PLEASE
