Our cozy cottage is only two blocks from the Apalachicola Bay and two miles from downtown Apalachicola for shopping and restaurants. We are centrally located between St George Island and CSB just a short drive from fishing and sightseeing adventures. There is a $100.00 dog fee with a two dogs max (no cats.)

Point Break- Take a break at the Point

Nested 2 blocks from Apalachicola Bay, 10 minutes from the Apalachicola River and 10 minutes from St George island, our cozy cottage is a new build that has all of the comforts of home. Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

This beachfront home is located in the SGI Plantation. One level pet friendly home with 4 bedrooms that have en-suite bathrooms, sleeps 10. The living area has plenty of seating, dinning area has a large 8 seater table and a breakfast bar big with seating for 4. 1 king, 2 queen bedrooms and 2 single bunk beds. Large screened porch and exiting takes you down the stairs to the private boardwalk to the beach. Plenty of parking, outdoor shower, and fish cleaning station.

Pet Friendly Cottage -3 blocks from Beach (fenced)

Fully renovated and updated pet friendly cottage 3 blocks from the beach. Entire property has been renovated with new appliances, furniture and landscaping. The carport and driveway have plenty of room for parking a boat and multiple vehicles. Backyard has a large deck with outdoor seating and grill. St. Joe Beach is a quiet and quaint beach community with the beautiful white sand beach 3 blocks away. All beaches in Gulf County are pet friendly.
