Monthly Rentals in Appledore Island

Had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to go back. This ended up being super close to my family and helped make my trip out so much better. Lisa was super nice and very quick to respond to questions. Everything was as described and the instructions and note were really helpful in getting me setup. I slept super comfy and felt right at home. I will definitely try to book this again the next time I’m out.

Our stay at Tim’s place was incredible.. great location, super clean, and completely functional.. he did not miss a single thing that might be needed; kitchen items, bathroom towels, linens .. even the medicine cabinet was fully stocked with anything that might be needed. We would most definitely stay at Tim’s place again !

If this place is available, BOOK IT! Jim and Barbara have been the best hosts we’ve ever had until now! They gave us a tour of the entire place, were super nice and gave us extra water bottles and seltzers too! We immediately felt at home and welcomed! The place was quiet, serene and located in a beautiful neighborhood close to the beach. The studio was super clean and well stocked, exactly matched the description The private backyard was beautiful with all the fall colors around

We had an amazing long weekend at the Rye Angel. The home was immaculate and inviting, with amazing views to boot. We immediately felt at home and especially appreciated all of the items for our toddler. She had a blast sitting at the little table and playing with the shark! The beach was really easy to access and Nicole even updated instructions from booking based on some changes. We hope to visit again in warmer weather and take more advantage of the location.
