This appartment is 38m2 and mesuring 74.81 inches (1.90m) in height, bright with window and doors. No kitchen but there's a gas barbecue outside. We can provide continental breakfast with additional cost. We need a deposit 200 euros for this location. This location is for up To 4 persons. Close to all amenities. (restaurants, hair cut, nails, supermarket, doctor and pharmacy... Car location possible on Apt) . Located on a hill, in the middle of the LUBERON, and Mont Ventoux face. Located on the second floor facing southwest, you'll access it using an outside stone stair from the garden on the ground floor. Old fashioned but well maintained. The accommodation is in the city center on a pretty square, partly pedestrian, which was renovated in 2017. It is equipped with air conditioning. In 2023 we installed fiber optics. I love our city for its tranquility. Capital of the Luberon Park, Apt is at the center of charming villages (Bonnieux, Lacoste, Ménerbes, Gordes, Lourmarin, Goult, Isle sur la Sorgue, Viens, Saignon); valleys and hills with exceptional landscapes.
