The house is very nice, as shown in the pictures in the publication. Upon arrival, everything was very clean and clean. Very comfortable and with everything you need for an excellent stay. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest, a few kilometers from the town of La Pedrera, which gives it privacy and an area to rest and clear in a rural landscape. To go down to the sea, you have to take a tour of approximately 1 km. very good value for money. Absolutely recommended.

The house and the place are exactly the same as the photos, everything is very organized and clean. A very complete house with both the dishes, appliances, bedrooms (excellent and new mattresses) and in the common areas. The beach is 200 meters away and the neighborhood has several stores and other establishments very close by. Ramiro & Rosana were great hosts and responded quickly to questions we had. Beyond being flexible not only at the entrance as at the exit of the house, very friendly and courteous to our needs. I highly recommend the house Tres María, the location (quiet and a beautiful beach) and the accommodations (we were 9 people) We will definitely be staying with my big family again.

After another place falling through day of, Jorge accommodated us within minutes and we were in the house after only 10 minutes of booking. He went out of his way to help and even brought extra fans in the middle of the night. House location is amazing. House has character and is well taken care of. Thank you!

The house is beautiful , in a very nice setting, at night feels the sea and the song of the frogs. You can also see a lot of native fauna and flora. The house has a beautiful lighting and sunset view and a very comfortable arrangement of the rooms and environments. It is important to drive as terminals and places of purchase are not so close. We will be back!

We had a very pleasant stay at Martín Raúl's house. The house is spacious, with a great layout and has a breathtaking view that really made our experience even more special. The casita is beautiful by where you look, the decor is worthy of Pinterest but without losing the homely and warm touch that made us feel very comfortable during the stay. We were surprised how complete it is, everything one could possibly need at the time, was surprisingly there at the disposal. Maybe something to improve would be to add blackout curtains so that the room isn't so bright since dawn. The communication with the host was perhaps not that smooth, and we had a couple of issues with the wifi and bacha in the kitchen, but having only spent one night was not a big inconvenience. Anyway, I would stay at the casita again!

Excellent treatment, very friendly owners who demonstrated continued predisposition in that we are comfortable and satisfied from the first day to the last day. The location is great, close to everything, a few blocks from the beach. We were allowed to check in a few hours before and check out time after as there were no subsequent bookings during the same day, details that we already appreciate a lot. The place is in very good condition and exceeded our expectations in general: the bathroom is very spacious, the beds are comfortable and it was appreciated to have a TV and a large refrigerator that works well. We had an excellent mini family vacation, we would come back without hesitation. Thank you so much for everything!

Very nice apartment, quality finishes and very well maintained. With everything you need for our 3 night stay. The location is very good, 100 meters from a fresh market, near the well-known restaurant La Susana and the beach. There were 2 sleeps and an umbrella, the grill equipped, modern appliances. Very compliant.
