A living house immersed in native forest, 4 blocks from the ocean and 5 minutes from La Paloma and La Pedrera. It has a private room with a double bed and a loft with two twin beds. The kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped and the living room is spacious and bright. You'll also find a wood stove, excellent WIFI connection, and a TV. The patio is private and fully fenced. The street entrance is shared for a few meters with another house, so it is safe, quiet and private.

Onda Mar, design and ocean views

Onda Mar is located within the gated community Casas de Playa de La Pedrera, a very quiet place facing the sea and very close to downtown. It has security, a tennis court and direct and private access to El Barco beach. It is raised 4 m above ground level, which allows for an excellent view of the neighborhood and the sea, but it is not recommended for small children. Built in two modules, one social area plus master bedroom and the other 2 bedrooms plus bathroom

Small but comfortable and safe house. Located 6 km from La Paloma and 3 km from La Pedrera, 3 blocks from the coast, very easy access, quiet area. House with double bedroom with box spring, 42-inch TV in bedroom and 50-inch TV in living room, air conditioning in both rooms. Directv and Netflix. Gas stove, fridge with freezer, microwave, air purifier. Full bathroom with hot water in all its facilities. Very good and spacious covered grill. Super cozy.
