Warm two-story wooden house on the beach in Punta Rubia, a quiet neighborhood on the dunes and meters from the sea. La Pedrera is 1 km away and Cabo Polonio is 37 km away. The promised beach! The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. A living house immersed in native forest, 4 blocks from the ocean and 5 minutes from La Paloma and La Pedrera. It has a private room with a double bed and a loft with two twin beds. The kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped and the living room is spacious and bright. You'll also find a wood stove, excellent WIFI connection, and a TV. The patio is private and fully fenced. The street entrance is shared for a few meters with another house, so it is safe, quiet and private.

La Casita is very welcoming and is practically new. It has all the basic amenities, lots of light, tranquility and is in the middle of nature, close to the center but located in a beautiful land where we have let live the typical nature of La Paloma: beautiful pines, acacias, flowers and birds. If a beach day is desired, it is only a few blocks walk, or 5 minutes by car and we will find the white and fine sands and the vastness of the Atlantic Ocean on Anaconda Beach.

Small but comfortable and safe house. Located 6 km from La Paloma and 3 km from La Pedrera, 3 blocks from the coast, very easy access, quiet area. House with double bedroom with box spring, 42-inch TV in bedroom and 50-inch TV in living room, air conditioning in both rooms. Directv and Netflix. Gas stove, fridge with freezer, microwave, air purifier. Full bathroom with hot water in all its facilities. Very good and spacious covered grill. Super cozy.
