25 m2 studio, with a small bedroom (window overlooking the corridor), south-facing balcony not overlooked and with views of the mountains. Located at the entrance to Flaine Forest at 1700 meters above sea level. Parking outside the station (Paid in winter), 1.5 hours free to drop off suitcases in front of the apartment. Shops, restaurants, ski lifts and ski school 700 m walk away! Shuttle stop with a pass every 15 minutes in front of the building (In season).

Its 265 km of slopes (Grand Massif area) connecting 4 resorts (Samoëns, Morillon, Flaine and Les Carroz) will delight young and old.

Splendid apartment, calm, warm, wooden, located within walking distance to the hiking trail starts. 2 renovated bedrooms, living room, kitchen. The interiors are functional, well-equipped and quite spacious as well as attractive. There is a dish washer, a washing machine and a TV. This old farm dating from 1874, was renovated with some modern equipments and has 100m2 habitable and warm. The house is located 1.5km from the city center Les Carroz and is served by the network of ski bus (the stop is 10 meters from the house!). Les Carroz is a resort linked with Flaine, Morillon, Samoens and Sixt. You also benefit from a private car park, very convenient during heavy snowfall.
