After a busy day experiencing the city, relax in this charming and comfortable apartment, sized 35 sqm/377 sqft. This unit is ideal for couples, groups, or families of up to four people. There is air-conditioning throughout for the summer, and the same system ensures you are warm for the winter. Wireless Internet is provided free for your use. The windows of the apartments look out on the quiet street, and you can view the next-door Sugamo Park from your balcony. The living room features a sofa that also becomes a double bed. When not sleeping, this becomes the living area. A TV is provided for your entertainment. The sunny main bedroom has a double sized bed. Lots of comforters and blankets are provided for your comfort. The room is connected to the second bedroom. The room has large windows facing the quiet street and sliding doors separating from the dining/kitchen area. Adjacent to the second bedroom, there is a dining area and kitchen. The well-equipped kitchen has all the equipment that you are likely to need, such as a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, china and glassware. Coffee and tea is provided. If you are not in the mood to cook, why not buy deli food from the nearby gourmet food store (Otsuka Station basement) and enjoy having it at home? The bathroom offer you the comfort of a Japanese style deep bath (furo) and shower, and comes with complimentary travel necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap and a hair dryer. The restroom is separate from the furo. Your laundry needs are also covered with a washing machine inside the unit, complete with detergent and softener liquid. A clothes iron is also provided. Guests have private and exclusive access to all parts of the apartment unit. You will have unlimited broadband internet, but please don’t turn it off - other units in the building also use it. From here, you can go to famous tourist spots such as Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Ueno, Akihabara, Tokyo, Yurakucho (Ginza), Shibuya, Harajuku, Meiji Jingu and commercial center without transfer, it is very easy to get around. It can accommodate up to 15 people (each photo is real and taken by me). This guest house is conveniently located in Tokyo, with easy access to the city centre. It is located near the Sumida River, where the Romantic Fireworks🎆 Festival is held on 25th July. There are many things to see and it is very close. You can see Skytree from the roof! There are Japanese-style hot springs nearby♨️, The property is close to Tokyo's most popular areas, Asakusa, Akihabara, Ueno and Skytree, with convenient transportation. It is within walking distance of Minowa Station and Minowa Bridge Station. In the evening, I leave the house wearing a kimono and geta. After visiting Asakusa Temple, I cross Monzen-dori Street with the dimly lit five-storied pagoda in the background, and find myself in front of Asakusa Shoten Kannon. By the time I finished taking a bath at the Asakusa-style bathhouse, the city was covered in darkness, and neon lights began to flicker in the alleys on both sides of the Yanagido. As I walk quickly to the restaurant, I pass geisha on their way to work, and through the warm curtain of a sushi restaurant, and then stop by a soba restaurant, where the food is surprisingly delicious... Kannonzaka, once loved by literary writers and the like, is still one of the largest, most traditional, and formal neighborhoods in Tokyo. Why not use this house in the center of Kannonburi, the real downtown "Iki", which conveys the emotions and culture of Edo, as a base to feel it?

It is very convenient to get to various tourist attractions. Ikebukuro has food from all over the world, convenient shopping, and is a vibrant place. I want to come back again next time. Tourists from all over the world come from Haneda Airport and Narita Airport. There are direct buses to Ikebukuro West Exit, and buses from Ikebukuro West Exit to various parts of Japan.
