Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Aransas County

Very clean, in a nice location.

We enjoyed our spring break getaway at Gracie's! It's a beautiful place with great views and most of all, it's very quiet and peaceful. The home had everything we needed, including some board games for game night. The neighborhood is family-friendly and only a few minutes from town. There's a gas station around the corner if you need any last-minute things. Great host and I will definitely rent again for our next Rock Port vacation. Thanks Gracie!

A big thank you to Paul. This cottage was perfect for our stay and provided easy access to the bay which is ideal for younger kids and adults u like to just chill in the water. Very quite neighborhood with great fishing less than 200 meters away.

This place is truly a hidden gem. To the house, pool and fishing pier. Seeing the deers every night and the house having everything you need. Would recommend this house to anyone. Would be adding to my favorite house to go back too when I go back to Rockport.

This was the perfect stay for the family! The yard was great and fenced in and it wasn't far at all from anywhere we needed to go. We already plan on booking again at this location- hopefullly all 3 units!

Great place to stay for a month. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, wonderful outdoor area for relaxing and house was fully equipped. Would highly recommend this property for short or long term stay in the area.

This is the second time we stayed at this Condo. I have interacted with Jaime and Troy on both occasions and found them very professional and responsive. My wife was talking on our way home about returning to Rockport over the July 4th weekend and staying at their condo again for another week, however, someone already beat us to it. Even though we are not able to stay there over the 4th of July weekend we will plan on making another trip there in the future. We were very impressed with the condo on both occasions as well as our dealing with Jaime. You cannot go wrong booking this condo when in Rockport.

This was my first time staying here and it was nothing but a great experience. The place was clean and the decorative pieces gave it a much better vibe. Would definitely come stay again.

He went above and beyond to communicate with me regarding check in process and a question that arised during our stay and promptly responded to me. The place was exactly as pictured. The balcony with rocking chairs was nice in the morning with a cup of coffee. The fishing pier and pool that is private to those staying on the property was the best part. This made it easy to never leave the condo and allowed us to enjoy our stay even more. Thank you for sharing your beautiful residence and giving us an opportunity to enjoy it!
