Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Araruama Lagoon

It is not possible to reinforce how good our period in the house was not possible. I've never seen a house like this. Everything very well prepared and beautiful. Large, decorated and with lots of things to do. The rooms are really good. From the current photos of the site I already found the house sensational but in person the impression was much better. It was surprising. Congratulations to the owners and to the people who are thinking about booking the house, you can go without fear, you will like it very much.

The owner was a great man. I would recommend this place to anyone who is going to BUZiOS we enjoyed the heck out of it plenty of room comfortable beds very friendly felt like home beautiful swimming pool overlooking the city. Couldn't have a better time in the house that we were in

I recommend the stay. Spacious and perfect terrain for animals, lagoon beach with almost private stair access (we only saw people once in 15 days), peaceful and quiet neighborhood, without much confusion (we only heard music from the neighbors, with the house very close, twice), but close to local commerce (15 min walk). We were surprised by the weak cellular internet connection and also by the need to receive a gardener 4 times to water the plants, which was not previously communicated, which can cause discomfort or difficulty with dogs, so I recommend asking beforehand. The house is comfortable and equipped, the bed is huge and comfortable, the living room sofa is adequate and serves well. The only reservations would be the lack of internet and landscaping choices that require constant maintenance. If this doesn't bother you or the problems are resolved, perfect accommodation.

An Incredible property close to Buzios. It is an oasis of serenity, tranquility and privacy, and also very secure. Exquisitely decorated inside and out. Very well maintained grounds, sitting areas, hammocks and nooks are plentiful. The pond was my dog's favorite part! Equally incredible are the owners. Professional, respectful and courteous. Cesar and his team were hired to cater breakfasts and make a Churrasco for a birthday celebration. The food, drinks and service; in quality, quantity and attention to detail was impressive. I would highly recommend pursuing this option for your stay. Exceptional hosts, eager to share their rare and exquisite property with the most discerning guests. We enjoyed getting to know them and asked them to join us for dinner, after they cooked. After the stay, everyone in our family, elders, parents, children and grandchildren all truly felt we had met lifelong friends. Look no further if you, like us, prefer the best things in life!

Jaime's place is wonderful! Pictures don't do it do it justice. We had a fantastic stay, with a lot of comfort, space and in an extremely cozy and tasteful environment. Our group was golfers who traveled to play all week at Aretê, so the house couldn't be in a better location. Rosana and her husband welcomed us very well, and Chris arranged everything with us very efficiently. A real oasis for golfers and their families!

Sonia's house is exactly like the photos, a house with all the utensils, plenty of space. It has a foosball table, pool table. Sonia answered me every time I looked for her, assisted me with what I needed and more. She lent me a beach chair and was always very nice. Anyway, I really liked Sônia's place.

Great condominium location! Clean home! Clean, smelly linens! Large pots are missing for large groups that need to make a lot of food! Super Attenentious Lorena! The very small swimming pool needs a staircase inside, especially for older people to get in and out, but it was clean! The condominium needs to improve those higher streets a lot, they all got lost inside and it took a long time to find the house! I think this can be very clear when renting, because if they don't have high and ready cars, they can't go up especially if they're heavy! All our cars with a lot of losses, with a flat tire, and a crashed car at the time it skidded! Because the house is on the last street of the condominium, and it has no asphalt, it is lands and holes, with even the risk of accidents.

Excellent location, close enough to enjoy the Carnival, about 10 min walk and far enough to not be bothered by it. The AP is quite complete, it has everything to spend long seasons in it. The condominium is also very large, with swimming pool, sauna, hydro, parking, reading area and more... Anyway, I will come back other times

The house is exactly as demonstrated in the photos, very large and comfortable, facing the sea, literally opening the gate and stepping on the sand. It is at the end of Rasa Beach - not the most beautiful in Búzios - but ideal for those who seek tranquility, because it is far from any hustle and is empty most of the time, even in Carnival. We hired apart the services of the homemade Jessica and her mother Neia for cooking - I recommend, they are considerate, go out to buy the groceries and cook very well. We'll be back for sure.
