Our stay was excellent — we felt like we were at home with family. Everything is brand new and fresh, and the owners are so warm and hospitable that we didn’t want to leave. It was truly a great stay, one of the best we’ve had in Armenia. The house has a beautiful terrace with an amazing view of the mountains and the city — a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The area is peaceful and quiet, but just a 10–15 minute walk brings you to a large supermarket (Yerevan City) and a very affordable restaurant (Vega) — our personal favorite, though there are other good options nearby as well. It's also worth mentioning that there was one day when the area had no water due to an incident, but the owners provided us with stored water and made sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

Wow. Eva is a very nice person. Reply messages quickly, very helpful for first timers in Yerevan, make sure everything is ok, clean room, fully equipped kitchen, warm room. Strategic location, close to market, all your needs are easy to get. Metro station is close, bus stop is close and railways station is only 1000 dram. Thank you, highly recommend.

It was a wonderful stay and was very pleasant stay. It’s like we can have our privacy and felt like family home. There is no any restrictions to use kitchen and general place. But we have to be very responsible as a human being.
