It consists of a bedroom/living room/office, a separate kitchenette and a closed bathroom/toilet. It is bright, renovated in 2021 and fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, oven/microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishes, wifi (fiber)... Free parking space in front of the residence.
