Very nice 2 bedroom detached house with large equipped kitchen, bathroom, terrace, garden & parking. Bright & ideally located: quiet, in the countryside but only 15 minutes from Biarritz and the beaches and 5 minutes from the Arcangues golf course (and 30 minutes from at least 8 other golf courses). Welcome in our great house with pool in ARCANGUES (nearby Biarritz) , ideal for a stay with family or friends ! A large sunny living-room opens on a large terrace (partially covered). Open kitchen is fully equiped. 6 rooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 WC (1 of the room is in a separated studio with bedroom, shower & WC, which offers quietness to a couple or an « au pair ». Linen included. Swimming-pool is 5x10m and is heated & secured by electric shutter. 2000m2 garden with swing.

Charming, friendly and comfortable gîte.

The Ibarrondoa gîte is a beautiful 150 m2 bright gîte completely refurbished in the old barn of a traditional Basque farm. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen open to a large bright living room with its large family table and comfortable living room, in a decor combining antique furniture and modern comfort. A beautiful 30 m2 terrace overlooking the mountain and the surrounding meadows, not overlooked, will offer you convivial moments around the plancha.

Hello! In my Basque house, I welcome you in 1 cosy studio totally independent with its private garden of 40m2, 13 km from the beaches and 20 km from the Spanish border. Ideally located, close to: - typical villages (Espelette, Ainhoa... ) - the sea( St jean de Luz, Biarritz, Anglet), Lake St Pée. -de Bayonne( bike path on the edge of Nive) - Baths of Cambo les Bains - shops and swimming pool at about 5 kms. - superb hikes in the mountains! It is a pretty 96 m2 architect-designed semi-detached house with a private heated pool (the pool is part of the house) that can comfortably accommodate 6 guests, it is located in a private cul-de-sac in the Acotz district, away from traffic noise. Beaches are within walking distance (15 min walk). You can get to downtown Saint-Jean-de-Luz by the coastal road (15 min by bike or 50 min walk) or take the bus stop 100 m from the house.
