This lovely house is just 2 minutes from the beach and 500 metres from the small ancient theatre of Archaia Epidaurus. Suitable for 4–5 guests, it is a perfect family retreat for those wishing to soak in the Greek sun, savour the sea and countryside, and journey through the echoes of ancient history. Only 1h30mins from Athens and 40 minutes from Nafplio, the first capital of Greece. Experience the famous Greek filoxenia (hospitality) and enjoy moments you’ll always remember.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

The house is located near Myli harbor in AGISTRI and at the end of the village center 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach, grocery store, bakery and bike rental shop. Crystal clear waters, nice food and nightlife Sea and mountain view. Agistri with its island aura is one of the most sought after destinations as it is a breath away from Athens. This small authentic island is located in the heart of the Saronic.
