This small waterfront annexe overlooks Lake Lugano directly and is designed exclusively for two adults. The large windows offer a continuous view of the water, while the outdoor courtyard has a gate for the exclusive use of guests that provides direct access to the lakeside promenade. The accommodation does not have air conditioning (two fans are available). For safety reasons, it cannot accommodate children or pets. Private covered parking.
