Parking for cars and snowmobiles is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvån mountain station.

In charming Björnänge, 4 km from Åre Torg, you live as a rock star in this house. Also suitable for skiers, cyclists, hikers, families and chocolate lovers (Åre Chocolate factory is 100 meters away). Final cleaning, bed linen & towels included. Lots of space and all the amenities. 4 bedrooms (10 beds), 1 bathroom (steam shower & bathtub), 1 toilet, cinema lounge, laundry room, large balcony, slide, trampoline, tree house, a lovely large kitchen and stunning views of the lake and the mountains!

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Huset består av tre sovrum, ett badrum, ett sovloft samt ett kök som är öppet mot vardagsrummet. Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.

Åre Stay - Lovely apartment centrally located, close to everything

Nice, fresh apartment located by Åre square with proximity to everything. Balcony facing south. 75 meters to Ica, 150 meters to the train station. Minimum age to rent is 18 years old. Children are of course welcome in the company of adults. Close to wonderful Årestrand where you get to feel what it's like to swim in fresh mountain water. All lovely hiking trails are also around the corner. Christmas, New Year, weeks 8 & 9 and Easter week are only rented out for whole weeks.

Beautiful area as well during spring, summer and autumn with trails for walking and cycling right outside the door. About 5 k to Åre Town by car.
