Juçaras refuge with the Alambari River in the backyard

Refúgio das Juçaras is a typical forest house, rustic, clean, cozy and surrounded by giant stones that make the land enchanted. The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

Ninho do Condado dos Guapuruvus House. Is it a treehouse? Yes and no. A suspended chalet? Yes and no. A cabin? A kind of nest house? Yeah, maybe so. Definitely an experience. 2 floors and a ground floor. Almost a little building. I decided to share and make it available whenever the demand is for a maximum of 4 people. Fireplace, sauna, thermal sheet… next to a river… we do not accept visits without prior authorization. We have an extra cottage for the second couple.

We are approximately 1 km from the Aiuruoca River, within the boundary of the Itatiaia National Park (about 16 km from Pico das Agulhas Negras) and in the rural area of Itamonte. Our space is ideal for those who want to rest from their daily routine.

Chalé Bela Vista is the perfect getaway for those who want to reconnect with nature, without giving up the comfort and facilities of the city. Located on a charming private farm owned by the owner's family, the property is just 500 meters from the Historic Center of Areias, and close to several local attractions, such as restaurants, fishing spots, a food court, and tourist spots that highlight the cultural and natural richness of the region.

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor.
