It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

Come and enjoy the calm of this air-conditioned and independent apartment, peaceful in the heart of the old village of Argeles sur mer, and completely refurbished in 2022. Quiet but close to the village center, you can stay for 2, or 4 thanks to the convertible sofa of the stay, and enjoy the terrace overlooking the river and nature. Charming house "El patio" of 114 m2 bright and renovated with patio with trees. Reversible AC in all the rooms! Comfortable 300 m by walk from the full village center of Argeles sur mer with its shops, cobblestone streets and market. Very easy parking. Located near the Massane kindergarten and the town hall. 3 floors and 3 bedrooms, large living room. 2 toilets, 25m2 shaded patio with barbecue. wifi and key box for self check-in if needed.
