New apartment fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay in Buenos Aires: Wi-Fi, LED Smart TV (includes free Netflix, no cable). Fully equipped kitchen (fridge and freezer, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, dishes, coffee maker, etc.). Queen-size sommier with excellent quality mattress, linens and towels per person included, shampoo and soap. Large sofa bed, central heating, air conditioning hot/cold, double glazed windows with blackout curtains. Extra mattress for use on the floor. Located in a luxury tower with modern facilities: Swimming pool for children and adults, two grills with tables and chairs, beautiful garden, full laundry (washing machine and dryer), doorman, 24-hour security, and two elevators. The building's location is perfect, especially suited to tourists who come to visit Buenos Aires and the best place for this is the historic Buenos Aires neighborhood of San Telmo, where you will find tango classes everywhere, craft fairs, antique fairs, bars, cafes and restaurants typical of the city, streets adorned with old and beautiful street lamps, with a large number of visitors from all over the world. The apartment's vicinity has a wide range of cuisine and great nightlife. Easy access from the main highways, near the micro-center, banking area, Buenos Aires Government House, Casa Rosada, National Congress and courts. On the same block you will find two parking lots, a butcher shop, a grocery store, a newsstand, a bakery, and more. The building has a beautiful swimming pool, two barbecues in the garden with tables and chairs, doorman and 24-hour security, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer (these work with coins or tokens). High-speed WiFi Internet, LED Smart TV with Netflix (no cable), central heating, and two hot/cold air conditioners. I'm available for any emergencies or questions from my guests. Wake up with the beautiful green view of the trees in the background, in this warm and comfortable apartment in the lively neighborhood of Palermo, surrounded by museums, shops, supermarkets and plenty of nice restaurants/bars to have a drink at sunset...With an unbeatable location it is an excellent starting point to visit the different neighborhoods of Buenos Aires. Building with security 24h/day. Internet speed 100 Mbps The apartment is cleaned with extra precautions and sanitized thoroughly. Apartamento de 50 m2 con vista verde, con balcón, en el corazón de Palermo. Tiene 1 dormitorio con cama matrimonial y 1 sillón cama de 1 plaza en el living. Black out en dormitorio y living. Posee caja de seguridad. Excelente ducha. Equipado con Internet Wi-Fi, posee 2 TV : una de 42" en el living y otra de 32" en la habitación con Netflix, 2 aires acondicionados, calefacción, microondas, tostadora, 1 gran heladera, cafetera y termo eléctrico, tender extensible para el secado de la ropa, plancha y tabla de planchar. El departamento ha sido reformado en mayo 2016, esto incluye pisos nuevos, colchón nuevo de alta calidad así como ropa blanca. En diciembre 2016 se colocó una cocina nueva, eléctrica. Me encuentro disponible en el celular para cualquier solicitud, consulta o recomendaciones sobre la ciudad de Buenos Aires o sobre el departamento. Ubicación muy práctica para moverse en BA con todos los medios de transporte públicos a 3 cuadras en Av.Las Heras y a 1 cuadra en Av.Libertador. Personas adicionales sin cargo. Se hace una limpieza general por semana con cambio de ropa blanca sin cargo. El departamento tiene puerta blindada y abajo en la recepción hay guardias de seguridad las 24h. Posee caja de seguridad.

Beautiful Recoleta Apartment with French Balcony

Perfect place for those who love green areas, museums, elegant residences, sophisticated decoration. The neighborhood is plenty of embassies, iconic monuments, and museums, and it is close to the heart of Recoleta. Public transportation (trains and buses) are available at walking distance. Ezeiza airport (international) is one hour in average from the apartment by taxi, and J. Newbery airport (national) is 20 minutes by taxi. It's important to mention that the building do not have elevators, so you will have to step two floors by staircase. The housekeeper will be in charge of the check-in and check-out and she will be available for helping the guests in whatever they need. Additionally, she will be able to make extra cleaning services (full cleaning to the apartment, washing dishes, refresh of sheets and towels, etc.) subject to previous guests request to the host (Guillermo) by AirBnb app. The extra cost is US$40 per day. This area of Recoleta is on the edge of an upmarket area called "La Isla". The apartment is half a block from the National Library and in front of the Book and Language Museum. There are also some great neighbourhood restaurants not far away. Av Las Heras is an artery with a great variety of buses that can take you to any part of the city safely and at low cost (on the desk of the bedroom you will find SUBE cards, which you can charge money in a kiosk located in Tagle between Pagano and Libertador - Please leave them in the same place when retiring) Also the apartment is located to three blocks from the underground Las Heras station (Line H) that connects with all the network of "subtes" of Buenos Aires. For taxi use, I recommend using the Uber or Cabify applications. Mr. Arnaldo Duarte is the doorman of the building, he counts with my all trust and he will be able to collaborate with the guests needs as well. The apartment is equipped with a safe-box in the closet of the bedroom, instructions to use it will be provided by the host (Guillermo) directly by email, wapp, or txts (reserved information) after the guest request.

This bi-level 29/30th floor apartment is wonderfully spacious and is flooded with sunlight by day, thanks to its 2 story floor-to-ceiling windows looking out across the city all the way to the Rio de la Plata. The unobstructed views of the city and skyline are equally dramatic by night. Each room features a panoramic view of the city, the Rio de la Plata and on to Uruguay. This penthouse apartment is in an upscale, brand-new building completed in September 2009. The building features 24/7 security, concierge, 5 modern elevators, gym, and private gardens with a 25-meter heated swimming The gym is located on the 31st floor and features the most incredible views of the city while you are working out. The location can't be beat, with easy access to all public transportation. Just 2 blocks from the apartment, there is a stop on the Metro/subway line ?D? that connects Palermo Soho with the downtown area, Recoleta, and Belgrano. Many bus lines also stop nearby, and taxis are available at any hour. This elegant, ultra-modern apartment is the perfect option for travelers wanting to avoid small, cramped hotel rooms. No expense was spared furnishing this apartment. The furniture is all high-end, custom made for this apartment. Enjoy the incredible views from the balcony as well as from this spacious terrace, which is accessible from the living room. The elegant modern kitchen offers everything you?ll need for a short visit or long-term stay. This apartment is perfect for a longer-term stay in Buenos Aires or pampering yourself for just a few short nights. Just relisted with Airbnb on Feb 26th, 2016. NEW building! Steps away from Lezama Park, Puerto Madero and the city's historic center. It has an X-Queen size bed that can be transformed into 2 single beds and a sofa with the possibility of accommodating a child. We have a baby crib if needed. The apartment is fully furnished with WiFi and Cable, to enjoy a beautiful stay in the city! The building has a grill area on the terrace, a beautiful outdoor pool, and a laundry room. Privileged location neighborhood, with very close access to transportation. The picturesque Boulevard Caseros is a site of great historical value and the new gastronomic center of San Telmo. The neighborhood offers period architecture, several restaurants, breweries, antique shops, museums. Lezama Park is a few meters from the apartment. A few minutes from Puerto Madero. excellent location with service from several bus lines, a 10-minute walk from the Constitución train and subway station, 4 blocks from 9 de Julio Avenue and a few blocks from Puerto Madero. You can walk to any of these points.

The studio apartment is new and the decoration has been inspired by the industrial look of the building. The apartment is fully equipped, with name brand appliance, 40" Samsung TV, full size Whirlpool refrigerator, Samsung Microwave oven, Oster coffee maker, Peabody toaster, etc. There is a double bed, as well as a sofa that turns into a sofa bed (allowing for an additional person to sleep). The guests will have full access to all the amenities in the building. As a host, we will do our best to make sure your time spent in San Telmo is wonderful. San Telmo is home to a growing restaurant district, Caseros Avenida, including steakhouses – organic and vegetarian – and bars.
